 It is applies to registered persons whose exempt supplies made have become taxable, and the persons had incurred input tax on such supplies. The claim should be lodged, within three months from the date of registration/change in taxability. The supplies must have been acquired within the period of twenty-four months immediately before the exempt supplies becoming taxable.
