The purpose of carrying out tax health check reviews is to identify areas of non-compliance, tax exposures, and value adding opportunities for an Entity, under various tax heads namely; - PAYE, VAT, WHT, Freight Tax, Instalment Tax, Corporation Tax and thereafter coming up with recommendations that may be considered for implementation so as to obtain value from the exercise. The review is carried out in line with the various tax statutes governing the Kenyan Tax Laws in order to ascertain the Entities level of compliance with respect to the different tax heads.
