Deregistration Of A Tax Obligation Application

A taxpayer may apply to the commissioner for the cancellation of a tax obligation where they are no longer required to be registered under the said obligation. Where a person is deregistered, the cancellation of the obligation will be from when the notice of cancellation will be issued. Once a taxpayer is deregistered for a certain tax obligation, they are no longer required to file and remit the respective taxes to the Commissioner.
