You'll pay KES 5,000 commitment fee. The final fee quotation shall be based on matter.

Provision of audit assistance services arises where KRA issues a notice of intention to audit an Entity in order to measure their level of compliance.

The service offered may include but not be limited to;

  1. Review and submission of the information and documentation requested by the KRA
  2. Manage the information flow between the KRA & the Entity
  3. Assisting the Entity in corresponding with the KRA on any verification queries that may arise from the audit
  4. Research on the tax laws underlying the KRA's findings and advise on the tax implications thereon; and
  5. Drafting response to KRA’s audit findings.
